Not Instant Pricing: Submitted requests do not generate instant or binding quotes. Formal pricing is only provided once reviewed and confirmed by our sales team.
Binding Agreement: Only the official Terms of Business supplied by our sales team apply to confirmed quotations and orders.
No Obligation: Quotes do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by Dynex USA LLC under our Terms of Business.
Changes: Pricing, availability, and delivery terms may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Products & Availability
We specialize in the distribution of engineering plastics (e.g., Acetal, Cast Nylon, PEEK, ULTEM).
All products are sold subject to availability from our U.S. warehouse.
Specifications, datasheets, and product details provided are for general guidance. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify suitability for their application.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped according to agreed terms at the time of purchase.
While we aim for same/next-day shipping, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once products are handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns & Claims
Returns may only be accepted with prior written authorization from Dynex USA LLC.
Claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be made in writing within 7 business days of receipt.
Our liability is limited to replacement of the product or refund of purchase price at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability
Dynex USA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or product misuse.
The customer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of materials for their intended application.
