PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) is a semi-crystalline high performance thermoplastic with excellent sliding properties. It offers excellent mechanical strength, high chemical and hydrolysis resistance, and high steam and radiation resistance. The materials continuous service temperature is around 480oF, making it suitable for high temperature applications whilst still maintaining its overall physical properties.
